Was born on March 21, 1999 with a severe congenital heart and lung defect. After a long and courageous battle Michael died on January 7, 2003 at the young age of 3 and 1/2 years old. He was truly a special little boy who was courageous beyond his years. We were blessed to have him in our lives even though it was too short of a time. It is with tremendous sadness we kiss you
